Office archive, CVs and assets in one system
LS PUPportal is primarily a set of archival systems for labour offices — SEWIB and PULS — complemented by a CV generator using data from the Syriusz STD system, plus current registers: fixed assets, GDPR, contracts and certificates. Everything is integrated with the corporate Active Directory.

Archival systems
Decades of data without maintaining the old system
SEWIB — archive of payments and beneficiary history
A record of individuals with a registration number and PESEL, full status history, benefits paid before and after 1994, and ZUS sickness benefits. For each person the system generates a ready PDF certificate with a freely filtered date range — no manual searching through paper files.
PULS — a complete archive of client data
A fully migrated dataset from the former PULS system: client records, visit and event history, granted benefits and liabilities, payment lists, and over a dozen classification dictionaries. The office has access to the full history without maintaining the old infrastructure.
CV generator from Syriusz STD data
Search for a person by last name, registration number or PESEL directly in the Syriusz STD database, and instantly prepare a CV with personal data, address and education — with nothing to type out manually.
Day-to-day office administration
Assets, GDPR and everyday documentation
Fixed asset records
A complete fixed asset register: value, tax and balance-sheet depreciation rates calculated separately, cost centers, locations, contracts and funding sources. Every change is recorded in the history field by field — you always know who changed what and when.
Barcode and QR code inventory
Barcode or QR labels printed individually or straight away as ready-made A4 sheets. Mobile scanning in a dedicated app, even without an internet connection, with bulk synchronization of results once back online. The system automatically detects surpluses and shortages and generates a ready report for the inventory committee.
Digital GDPR register
Personal data processing authorizations run as a formal process: new → created → signed → confirmed → expired, with a full audit trail of every step. The system automatically sends an email reminder about an upcoming expiry — no authorization "slips through" unnoticed.
Contracts and certificates
A register of contracts linked to asset items, and automatic generation of certificates and confirmations — such as payment cards or ZUS confirmations — directly from the data stored in the system.
Integrations and security
Plugged into the office's existing infrastructure
Login uses the company's Active Directory account — including transparent Windows login (SSO), with no need to remember another password. Users are synchronized automatically with the corporate directory, so the IT department does not have to create accounts manually.
Every module offers data export to Excel and PDF, and access roles are matched to the office structure — employees, managers, and the information security administrator or GDPR inspector each see different views.
