Privacy policy
How we process the personal data of visitors to logosys.pl and how we use cookies.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is LOGOSYS.PL Daniel Styburski, ul. Sikorskiego 30/7, 78-500 Drawsko Pomorskie, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 674-130-84-44, REGON 331198951. For matters concerning personal data you can contact us via the contact form, by phone at +48 501 664 140 or by post at the controller's address.
2. Contact form
We process the data entered in the form (name or company name, e-mail address, subject, message and any attachment) to answer your inquiry and continue the correspondence, including before entering into a contract. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the inquiry concerns a contract, steps taken prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and then until any claims become time-barred. Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot reply.
To protect the form against spam and abuse, we process the sender's IP address and record information about rejected submissions in the server log (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Google Analytics and ad measurement
Only if you give consent in the banner do we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It stores cookies on your device and collects information about the pages you visit, your device, browser, approximate location and whether you submitted the contact form. We use this data for traffic statistics and to measure the effectiveness of Google Ads. We do not use ad personalisation or remarketing.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). You can withdraw it at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the page footer — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. Without consent the Google Analytics code is not loaded at all.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months.
4. Cookies
Strictly necessary — the session cookie (PHPSESSID) securing the contact form and cookie_consent, which remembers your banner choice for 12 months. They do not require consent.
Analytics (with consent) — _ga and _ga_* set by Google Analytics for 2 years. When you withdraw consent we delete them from your browser.
Video play statistics are collected without cookies or personal data — we only record which video was played and on which page.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be received only by providers of our hosting, e-mail and IT services and — if you consent to analytics cookies — Google. They process it under data processing agreements or as separate controllers.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase and port it, restrict its processing and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
7. Orders and client systems
Data processing when placing online orders and as part of technical support is described in separate information notices available in those services.
