The whole process in one system
25 formulas compliant with regulations
Calculators for all applicable types of state aid — from grants, through preferential loans, to tax exemptions. Every formula is thoroughly tested to guarantee a result accurate to the penny in accordance with current regulations.
Official data without manual entry
The system automatically retrieves company data from GUS by tax ID, pulls the territorial unit from TERYT and the current exchange rate from NBP. It also checks the de minimis aid limit in the UOKiK database on an ongoing basis — including automatically accounting for related entities within a single capital group.
Ready-made applications and certificates
The application to UOKiK is generated as a ready, correctly filled-in PDF document, as is the certificate of granted de minimis aid — with no manual re-entry of data from the calculator into the official form.
Security and change history
Two-factor login, one active session per user, and a full history of every calculation — with the exchange rate and rate that applied at the moment of calculation. You can return to any calculation at any time and generate its report.
